Day Two: Calorie Count

It is only day two and I'm already feeling less energetic. I am afraid I may be getting a cold. This is not good. I took some cold medicine so hopefully it won't get any worse. Also, I am not liking water anymore. It's so plain!

Breakfast:

Two Jiffy blueberry muffins:  280 calories and 80 fat calories

1/2 of a bowl of cereal: 145 calories and 35 fat calories

Lunch:

Peanut Butter and Jelly Sandwhich: 530 calories and 160 fat calories

Dinner:

1/2 cup of rice and 1/2 cup of frozen veggies: 360 calories

2 tbs of peanut butter: 190 calories and 160 fat calories

Total Calories: 1505 calories and 795 fat calories
