Day Six: Barter for Food

        One way to obtain better food with the food that I already have is through bartering. I exchanged one potato for one avocado. Also, I picked some oranges from an orange tree. The website MyPyramid.gov says to focus on fruits  in a daily diet. I'm going to definitely use this technique more through out this project. Here is the daily break down of what I ate today:

Breakfast:
One Egg: 54 calories and 33 fat calories

Lunch:
One chicken thigh: 95 calories and 54 fat calories
Two oranges: 130 calories

Dinner:
One potato (diced and cooked in a pan): 110 calories
One avocado: 276 calories and 248 fat calories

Total Calories: 665 calories / 333 fat calories
